When you submit a form, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, mobile number, town or ZIP code, how you want to help, your message, and your email or text choices. We also record when and where you signed up, along with limited technical information used to prevent abuse and document consent. Donations are processed by Anedot; this website does not receive your card number.

Why we use it

We use this information to reply, coordinate volunteers and events, fulfill sign requests, send messages you asked for, and understand which outreach brings people to the site. We do not treat voter-file data or a purchased list as permission to text you.

Texts and sharing

We do not sell your mobile number or text-message consent or share them with others for their own marketing. Service providers receive only what they need to host the site, process forms, send messages, and protect the service.

Analytics and security

Cloudflare may provide aggregate page-view and performance information. We do not place your email address or phone number in page URLs or analytics. Form submissions are stored with limited access and protected by reasonable security measures.

Choices, retention, and changes

You may unsubscribe from email using the link in any bulk email and stop texts by replying STOP. Contact us to correct or remove information when the law allows. We keep records only as long as needed for campaign operations, legal requirements, and proof of consent, then dispose of them securely. If this policy changes, we publish a new dated version and preserve the version linked to your consent.

We will not move supporter information into a future government-office system without notice and a valid legal reason.
