What we collect

When you submit a form, we may collect your name, email, optional mobile number, town or ZIP, requested role, message, consent choices, the form and disclosure version, and a campaign source code from a QR or link. We keep the submission time and limited technical evidence needed to prevent abuse and prove a text opt-in. A hosted donation processor collects payment and legally required contributor details under its own notice; this site does not receive card numbers.

Why we use it

We use form information to answer inquiries, manage volunteers and events, fulfill sign requests when inventory allows, send campaign email if you choose it, and maintain evidence for optional campaign texts if you separately choose them. We use source codes in aggregate to learn which public appeals lead to actual requests. We do not treat voter-file data or a purchased email list as permission for texts.

Texts and sharing

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in evidence are not sold or shared with affiliates or third parties for their own marketing. When a messaging provider is activated, it receives the minimum data needed to deliver the campaign’s messages and honor opt-outs. Other service providers may process limited data to host the site, secure forms, send subscribed email, or support campaign operations; they act for the campaign under the relevant service terms.

Analytics and security

Cloudflare may provide privacy-first pageview and performance measurements without collecting visitor personal data in its Web Analytics product. We do not put your email address or phone number into page URLs or analytics events. Form records are held in campaign-controlled storage with restricted operator access, and we aim to use access controls, backups, and secure disposal appropriate to the data.

Choices, retention, and changes

Email subscribers can use the unsubscribe link in each bulk message. Text subscribers can reply STOP or use ordinary language to revoke consent once the program is active. You can also contact the campaign to correct a record or request removal where campaign-finance, legal, and operational retention duties permit. We keep records as long as reasonably needed for this campaign and applicable reporting/consent evidence, then dispose of them securely. If this policy changes, we publish a new dated version and preserve the version linked to your consent.

Campaign supporter data is not silently moved into any future public-office constituent system.
