Terms of Service
Using this campaign website.
Effective September 17, 2026. These terms describe this campaign website and its external links.
Operator and purpose
This website is operated by Seth Woodall for NC House to publish campaign information, provide official voting-resource links, and receive supporter requests. It is not a government election website.
Content and accuracy
Biographical and historical campaign statements are dated and sourced where possible. Election facts and policy developments can change; always confirm voting procedures with the North Carolina State Board of Elections. A past statement displayed here is not presented as a new commitment. The campaign can revise or correct content and should record material corrections.
Forms and participation
Submit accurate information, avoid impersonation or abusive use, and do not submit sensitive documents through public forms. Sending a volunteer, event, or sign request does not guarantee assignment, an appearance, or materials. The campaign confirms capacity and follows up through an assigned operator. Campaign poll-site volunteering is separate from official election employment and must follow polling-place rules.
Donations and outside services
The contribution button sends you to the campaign's verified hosted Anedot processor with its own terms and privacy notice. This site does not take card information. Contribution limits, prohibited sources, and treasurer reporting rules apply; political contributions are not tax deductible. Third-party election or release links are provided for context and are governed by their own sites.
Campaign material
The campaign logo, original text, and campaign photographs are campaign material. The press kit identifies approved media assets. Do not suggest the campaign endorses an altered image or statement. Report a suspected error or accessibility barrier through the contact form.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as campaign services change. The date above identifies this version. The Privacy Policy and Text Message Terms describe those specific programs. Email [email protected] or use the contact form.
